Sawyer Alberi

Sawyer is an EMT-P and graduate of the US Coast Guard Academy, she has a Masters in Leadership Education and her education doctorate in Transformative Leadership Education. As a retired member of the Vermont National Guard she has served two tours, first as a Flight Medic in Iraq in 2006 and again in 2010 as a Combat Medic and female engagement team leader in Afghanistan. Her varied background includes working as an Adjunct Faculty at Johnson State College and Norwich University; combat medical trainer for the Department of State; Deck Watch Officer on the USCGC Tahoma; a “house mouse” in Antarctica; a wildland fire fighter; women’s crew coach; medical support for the Mountain Warfare School in Jerico, VT; and Operations Manager for Cookson America. Recently, she’s been getting back to the outdoors and her focus is on sharing her love of winter and hunting with non-traditional gender demographics. In her spare time, Sawyer enjoys raising Bernese Mountain Dogs and tending her mini-farm at home in Vermont.

Judi Alberi

Welcome! Judi has a master’s level education in mental health counseling from Northern Vermont University. Judi has several years’ experience working with children and families in many capacities and has learned how to provide client-centered interventions and find creative ways to connect and facilitate therapeutic change. Many of the issue’s children face today mimic the issues adults face in their day-to- day lives. Judi creates a space to safely process, without judgement, and nurtures the courage to be imperfect. Judi offers therapeutic crafting to those interested in crafting to heal.
